These terms govern your use of this website and describe the framework for services provided by First Logistics Services. Specific service engagements are governed by the signed agreement between us.
Using this website
You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a scale that degrades service, or use it to send unlawful or misleading content.
What this site is not
Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a quote, legal advice, tax advice, or insurance advice. Rates shown are indicative and are confirmed in a signed service agreement.
Dispatch services
First Logistics Services acts as your agent in locating freight and negotiating rates. We are not a motor carrier, a freight broker of record, or a shipper. You remain the carrier of record, responsible for your authority, insurance, equipment, drivers and compliance with all applicable regulations.
We do not force dispatch. You approve each load before it is confirmed.
Free Trial Week
The trial period is one week of dispatch service provided at no charge: no dispatch commission is billed on loads we book during that week. It is offered once per carrier and is not available to carriers returning after a terminated agreement.
The trial does not auto-renew into a longer term; continuing beyond it requires your agreement. Third-party costs incurred during the trial — factoring fees, lumpers, tolls, government fees — remain yours. If you end the engagement at the close of the trial week, you owe us nothing.
Fees and payment
Dispatch is billed as a percentage of gross revenue on loads we book, as stated in your service agreement. Compliance filings and other flat-fee services are billed per item. Government and third-party fees are passed through at cost.
Insurance services
Insurance products are provided by licensed insurance professionals. First Logistics Services provides administrative support and coordination only, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law. We do not sell, bind or underwrite insurance policies and we are not responsible for coverage decisions made by an insurer.
Accounting services
Bookkeeping, invoicing and reporting support is not tax preparation, audit representation, or certified public accounting. You remain responsible for your tax filings.
SMS messaging program
By providing a mobile number you consent to receive operational and account text messages from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost freight revenue, detention not recovered from a broker, or other indirect or consequential damages.
Third-party links
This site links to third-party services such as load boards, mapping and messaging platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the courts located in Orange County, Florida.
