What Drivers Say About Working With Us

Feedback from the carriers we work with.

  • Night hold at the receiver — my dispatcher was already on with the broker. I see every rate first. Never forced. Trial Week became a contract.

    MJ

    Marcus J.

    Owner-operator · Dry Van · Texas

  • New-Entrant paperwork in days, not weeks. Same Orlando desk books freight and picks up the phone.

    ER

    Elena R.

    2-truck fleet · Reefer · Florida

  • Trial Week was actually free. Solid lanes, zero percent.

    JT

    James T.

    Owner-operator · Flatbed · Ohio

  • Weekend breakdown — broker update and fuel advance before the tow was done. After-hours is a person, not a voicemail.

    OK

    Omar K.

    Owner-operator · Step-Deck · Georgia

  • Accounting pushes rate cons and PODs to my factor. I stay in the seat; paperwork shows up done.

    SP

    Sarah P.

    Owner-operator · Power Only · Illinois

  • They fight the rate before I roll. Last month three loads beat what I had already accepted on DAT.

    DM

    Derek M.

    Owner-operator · Dry Van · Arizona

  • Detention sat unpaid for weeks with my old desk. First Logistics filed it the same day — money hit my factor.

    PS

    Priya S.

    Owner-operator · Reefer · New Jersey

  • Empty miles were killing us. They rebuilt our loop and cut deadhead without stuffing junk freight.

    CV

    Carlos V.

    3-truck fleet · Flatbed · California

  • Told them I need weekends home. They plan around it. Home time is in the plan, not a Friday fight.

    HL

    Hannah L.

    Owner-operator · Dry Van · North Carolina

  • MC, W-9, COI Monday. Freight by Wednesday.

    BW

    Brian W.

    Owner-operator · Step-Deck · Pennsylvania

  • Insurance renewal snuck up — support chased the COI, fixed certificate names, and kept brokers from kicking me off loads.

    NF

    Nadia F.

    Owner-operator · Reefer · Michigan

  • Grew from two trucks to five without hiring an in-house dispatcher. One Orlando desk knows every driver and still answers after 9 p.m.

    TR

    Tony R.

    5-truck fleet · Mixed · Indiana

  • Produce windows are brutal. They book to my set point and call the receiver before I'm late — not after the fine.

    LC

    Lauren C.

    Owner-operator · Reefer · Washington

  • They ask about tarps, chains, permits before they book. No more open-deck surprises.

    MA

    Miguel A.

    Owner-operator · Flatbed · Texas

  • Drop-and-hook finally makes sense. Clear trailer-pool terms up front — no bouncing between yards that never release.

    CD

    Chris D.

    Owner-operator · Power Only · Tennessee

  • Weekly report: every lane, rate, empty mile. I see what works instead of guessing from midnight texts.

    AB

    Aisha B.

    Owner-operator · Dry Van · Maryland

  • Brokers actually answer when First Logistics calls.

    KN

    Kevin N.

    Owner-operator · Flatbed · Missouri

  • Settlements used to drag a week. Rate cons and PODs hit the factor same day now. Cash flow stopped being a weekly crisis.

    OG

    Olivia G.

    2-truck fleet · Dry Van · Colorado

  • DOT audit letter hit and I panicked. Safety already had my DQ file tight — walked in prepared instead of rebuilding folders overnight.

    AH

    Andre H.

    Owner-operator · Step-Deck · Alabama

  • Pricing is on the site. Knew the deal before I sent my MC. Nothing changed after Trial Week.

    RS

    Rachel S.

    Owner-operator · Reefer · Oregon

How We Work

From your first call to your first booked load — typically within two business days.

  1. 01

    Talk To Dispatch

Call us or submit the form. We'll ask what equipment you operate, where you run, and what your goals are.

  2. 02

    Carrier setup

Send us your MC authority, W-9, and certificate of insurance. We'll complete your setup with our broker network.

  3. 03

    Free Trial Week Starts

Your dispatcher starts booking loads. Every load is presented to you for approval before it's confirmed.

  4. 04

    You Decide

The free week is valid with a 90-day commitment. After 90 days there is no long-term obligation and no automatic renewal.

What We Book For Your Truck

FAQ

We charge 5–7% of gross revenue on the loads we book. There are no setup fees or monthly minimums, and we never charge for self-sourced loads.

Your first 7 days of dispatch are free with a 90-day commitment — otherwise the free week is not valid. After day 90 there is no long-term obligation and no automatic renewal.

Never. Rate, lane and broker come to you first. Decline anything that does not fit — your dispatcher keeps hunting.

With MC, W-9 and COI ready, most carriers are live within two business days of the first call.
