What drivers say about working with us

Feedback from the carriers we work with. These testimonials will be replaced with live Google reviews once our Google Business Profile is publicly available.

  • One night a receiver put my load on hold, and my dispatcher was already talking to the broker before I even finished my check call. I never get forced into taking loads — I always see the rate first. That's why my Trial Week turned into a long-term partnership.

    MJ

    Marcus J.

    Owner-operator · Dry Van · Texas

  • New-Entrant paperwork cleared in days, not weeks. Same Orlando desk books freight and answers the phone. Feels like an office sitting next to you, not a call center.

    ER

    Elena R.

    2-truck fleet · Reefer · Florida

  • Trial Week was actually free — solid lanes, zero percent. Three months later the rates still beat what I was finding myself on the boards.

    JT

    James T.

    Owner-operator · Flatbed · Ohio

  • Weekend breakdown: broker update and fuel advance sorted before the tow was done. After-hours here is a person, not a voicemail tree.

    OK

    Omar K.

    Owner-operator · Step-Deck · Georgia

  • Accounting pushes rate cons and PODs straight to my factor. I stay in the seat; the paperwork shows up done. Should have switched a year earlier.

    SP

    Sarah P.

    Owner-operator · Power Only · Illinois

  • They fight for the rate before I roll. Last month three loads came in higher than what I had already accepted on DAT myself. Negotiation is not a checkbox here.

    DM

    Derek M.

    Owner-operator · Dry Van · Arizona

  • Detention sat unpaid for weeks with my old desk. First Logistics filed it the same day the yard held me and the money hit my factor. That alone paid their percentage.

    PS

    Priya S.

    Owner-operator · Reefer · New Jersey

  • Empty miles were killing us. They rebuilt our loop around the lanes we actually want and cut deadhead without stuffing us into junk freight.

    CV

    Carlos V.

    3-truck fleet · Flatbed · California

  • I told them I need weekends home. They plan around that instead of pretending they forgot. Home time is in the plan, not a surprise argument every Friday.

    HL

    Hannah L.

    Owner-operator · Dry Van · North Carolina

  • MC, W-9 and COI went in on Monday. By Wednesday I had freight on the board. Setup felt like adults running an office, not a week of chasing emails.

    BW

    Brian W.

    Owner-operator · Step-Deck · Pennsylvania

  • Insurance renewal snuck up on me. Their support desk chased the COI, fixed the certificate names, and kept brokers from kicking me off loads mid-week.

    NF

    Nadia F.

    Owner-operator · Reefer · Michigan

  • We grew from two trucks to five without hiring an in-house dispatcher. One Orlando desk knows every driver and still picks up after 9 p.m.

    TR

    Tony R.

    5-truck fleet · Mixed · Indiana

  • Produce windows are unforgiving. They book against my set point and call the receiver before I am late, not after the fine already landed.

    LC

    Lauren C.

    Owner-operator · Reefer · Washington

  • Tarps, chains, permits — they ask before they book. I stopped getting surprised by open-deck freight that needed gear I did not have on the truck.

    MA

    Miguel A.

    Owner-operator · Flatbed · Texas

  • Drop-and-hook programs finally make sense. Clear trailer-pool terms up front, and they do not bounce me between yards that never release on time.

    CD

    Chris D.

    Owner-operator · Power Only · Tennessee

  • Weekly report shows every lane, rate and empty mile. I can see what is working instead of guessing from text threads at midnight.

    AB

    Aisha B.

    Owner-operator · Dry Van · Maryland

  • Brokers actually answer when First Logistics calls. Check calls, appointment changes, and lumper receipts stop bouncing back to me as my problem.

    KN

    Kevin N.

    Owner-operator · Flatbed · Missouri

  • Settlements used to drag a week. Now rate cons and PODs hit the factor the same day we deliver. Cash flow stopped being a weekly crisis.

    OG

    Olivia G.

    2-truck fleet · Dry Van · Colorado

  • DOT audit letter showed up and I panicked. Safety already had my DQ file tight — we walked in prepared instead of rebuilding folders overnight.

    AH

    Andre H.

    Owner-operator · Step-Deck · Alabama

  • Pricing is on the site. No sales call to hear the percentage. I knew the deal before I sent my MC, and nothing changed after Trial Week.

    Rachel S.

    Owner-operator · Reefer · Oregon

How we work

From your first call to your first booked load — typically within two business days.

  1. 01

    Talk to dispatch

Call us or submit the form. We'll ask what equipment you operate, where you run, and what your goals are.

  2. 02

    Carrier setup

Send us your MC authority, W-9, and certificate of insurance. We'll complete your setup with our broker network.

  3. 03

    Free Trial Week starts

Your dispatcher starts booking loads. Every load is presented to you for approval before it's confirmed.

  4. 04

    You decide

After your free trial, choose to continue with a 3-month agreement or walk away with no obligation. Nothing renews automatically.

What we book for your truck

Common questions

We charge 5–7% of gross revenue on the loads we book. There are no setup fees or monthly minimums, and we never charge for self-sourced loads.

Seven days of real dispatch at zero commission. You approve every load. After that you either sign for 3 months or leave with the money you made — nothing auto-renews.

Never. Rate, lane and broker come to you first. Decline anything that does not fit — your dispatcher keeps hunting.

With MC, W-9 and COI ready, most carriers are live within two business days of the first call.
