Our pricing is fully transparent. You shouldn't have to sit through a sales call just to find out what dispatch services cost.
Dispatch
5–7%
of gross, per load
Your rate depends on your equipment type and fleet size. Reefer and flatbed carriers typically qualify for the lower end of the range, while power-only operations are generally at the higher end.
Included at no extra charge
- Load searching, booking, and rate negotiation
- After-hours, night and weekend coverage
- Detention, layover, TONU and lumper claims
- Document submission to your factoring company
- Weekly performance reports
- Broker packet setup and credit checks
What we don't charge for
- Sign-up or setup fees
- Monthly minimums
- Loads you book yourself
- Weeks when your truck isn't running
Free Trial Week
Try our dispatch service before you commit. For one week, we'll find and book loads for you while you keep 100% of the gross revenue. If you decide to continue, our dispatch fee begins with a 3-month agreement. Prefer not to continue? Walk away with no bill, no auto-renewal, and no cancellation fees.
- No dispatch fees on any load we book during your Trial Week
- You approve every load before it is confirmed
- Only commit to a 3-month agreement if the Trial Week proves its value
- Nothing owed if you walk away at the end of it
Safety & compliance filings
Compliance services are priced individually rather than as a percentage and can be paid for online. You don't need a dispatch agreement to use these services.
