Dispatch
5–7%
of gross, per load
Your rate depends on your equipment type and fleet size. Reefer and flatbed carriers typically qualify for the lower end of the range, while power-only operations are generally at the higher end.
Included At No Extra Charge
- Load searching, booking, and rate negotiation
- After-hours, night and weekend coverage
- Detention, layover, TONU and lumper claims
- Document submission to your factoring company
- Weekly performance reports
- Broker packet setup and credit checks

- Sign-up or setup fees
- Monthly minimums
- Loads you book yourself
- Weeks when your truck isn't running
Free Trial Week
Your first 7 days of dispatch service are completely free with a 90-day commitment. During your trial week, our team provides full dispatch support at no cost. After the free week, your service continues for the remainder of the 90-day commitment under your regular dispatch agreement. Once the 90 days are complete, there is no long-term obligation and no automatic renewal — you're free to continue working with First Logistics or end the service.

Safety & Compliance Filings
Compliance services are priced individually rather than as a percentage and can be paid for online. You don't need a dispatch agreement to use these services.
