Who we are

First Logistics Services provides truck dispatch and back-office support services to motor carriers from our office in Orlando, Florida. You can reach us at (407) 989-1128 or firstlogistics@firstwayinc.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us and what your browser reports:

• Contact details you enter in a form: name, phone number, email address.
• Business details you choose to provide: company name, MC number, equipment type, number of trucks, and anything you write in the message field.
• Documents you upload: MC authority, W-9, certificate of insurance.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the referring URL or campaign parameters that brought you here.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, set you up as a carrier, provide the services you engage us for, and keep records required by law. Technical data is used to measure which marketing channels work and to keep the site secure.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.

SMS and text messaging

If you give us your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from us about your request, your loads, and your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not affect our ability to contact you by phone or email.

We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

We share information only with parties who need it to do the work you hired us for:

• Freight brokers and shippers, to book and run your loads.
• Your factoring company, to submit load paperwork.
• Insurance carriers and licensed insurance professionals, for certificates, endorsements and claims.
• Federal and state agencies, where a filing or an audit requires it.
• Service providers who run our website, customer records and email, under contract and only for those purposes.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors find and use the site, and a Meta pixel to measure advertising from Instagram. These tools set cookies and record technical data as described above. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site continues to work.

How long we keep it

Form submissions that do not become customers are kept for up to 24 months. Records for active and former customers are kept as long as required by transportation, tax and insurance recordkeeping rules, then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email firstlogistics@firstwayinc.com or call (407) 989-1128. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is for business use and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on this page.
